This Site offers information about I2BF Global Ventures and its affiliates (“I2BF”) and its approach to developing and providing investment products, the products themselves, performance and investment opportunities. Information about I2BF’s activities, personnel and portfolio companies are also available on the Site.
I2BF may update, revise, delete or modify information on this Site without notice. Information should only be considered current as of the time of initial publication on this Site or as otherwise stated on this Site without regard to the date on which you may access the information.
2. Restricted Access. Areas of the site that provide historical financial and operation data on I2BF’s Investment Products are only available to investors in those Investment Products and are not accessible by the public generally. Access to these areas requires the user to confirm that they meet the criteria for this classification. All such restricted Content shall be deemed to be “Confidential Information” for the purposes of this Agreement and subject to the restrictions on use and disclosure of Confidential Information set forth below.
3. Restrictions on Use and Disclosure of Confidential Information. “Confidential Information” means (a) any information or Content disclosed in the access-restricted portions of the Site in any form that and is marked “Confidential,” “Proprietary” or in some other manner to indicate its confidential nature; and (b) information otherwise reasonably expected to be treated in a confidential manner under the circumstances of disclosure under this Agreement or by the nature of the information itself. Confidential Information may include information of a third party that is in the possession of I2BF and that is disclosed to you as Content made available under this Agreement.
You shall not use any Confidential Information for any purpose except to review the performance of your investment in our Investment Products and to evaluate the operations of I2BF. You shall not disclose any Confidential Information to third parties nor make or distribute any copies of the Content except as expressly provided in this Agreement. You shall take reasonable measures to protect the secrecy of and avoid disclosure and unauthorized use of any Confidential Information in your custody (printed or electronically saved copies).
4. No Offer. The Content is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a solicitation or offer, or advice or recommendation, to buy or sell interests in any Investment Products, to effect any transactions, or to conclude any transaction of any kind whatsoever.
5. Monitoring by Man. Your use of the Site may be monitored by I2BF, and the resultant information may be used by I2BF or its affiliates for its internal business purposes or in accordance with the rules of any applicable regulatory or self-regulatory organization.
6. No License; No Commercial Exploitation. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to grant any rights to you under any copyright of ours, nor does it grant you rights in or to the Confidential Information except as expressly set forth in this Agreement. Except as stated in this section, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content are owned by I2BF. Any use of the Content for any purpose is accordingly prohibited except as stated below.
With the exception of Content supplied on the Site in a format for you to download, you may not reproduce, transmit, modify, store, archive or in any other way use for any public or commercial purpose this Site or any of the Content without the prior written permission of I2BF. In particular, neither you nor any third party acting on your behalf or at your instigation may:
- redistribute to any other person any of the Content (whether as part of any library, archive or similar service or otherwise);
- remove the copyright or trade mark notice from any copies of Content;
- create a database in electronic or structured manual form by systematically downloading and storing all or any of the Content.
7. Responsibilities of User. You are responsible for any use of the Site made by you.
You undertake to use your best efforts to use the Site in accordance with applicable law and regulation and to ensure that nothing you do whilst accessing the Site will damage the Site.
8. No Warranties and Exclusion of Liability. Whilst I2BF shall use reasonable efforts to obtain information from sources which we believe to be reliable, I2BF gives no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any information, opinions or forecasts contained on the Site, nor does it undertake to ensure that this Site will be available or accessible at all times.
I2BF shall have no liability (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) for any direct, indirect, consequential or special losses or damages of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the access to, use of or linking to other websites ("Linked Websites") from this Site or any reliance on any of the Content.
I2BF is not responsible for the content of any Linked Websites and accordingly accepts no liability with respect thereto or for any reliance placed upon such Linked Websites. I2BF is not liable for persons or matters beyond its reasonable control (such as telephone and other communications networks, the internet or your internet service provider).
