I2BF Global Ventures’ investment philosophy is directly linked to its Silicon Valley roots - defined by a dynamic and young entrepreneurial approach. We operate two distinct lines of business - I2BF Venture Capital and I2BF Public Equities, our venture capital and hedge fund businesses respectively.

I2BF Venture Capital

The I2BF Venture Capital team operates in the global renewable energy market, focusing on early-stage investments in companies that possess strong intellectual property, successful management teams and robust market strategies.

The team looks for unique technologies, materials and processes that provide significant competitive advantages to a company as well as strong intellectual property base. The team seeks companies with technologies that have applications within the existing industrial sector, as well as investments that have potential synergies with existing portfolio companies as a means of increasing revenue potential.

The I2BF Venture Capital team is determined to provide significant value to each investment. An international outlook and presence creates a strategic connection between the companies and investors. The team builds the foundation for strategic alliances and partnership opportunities and has historically invested alongside leading financial and industry partners.

I2BF Public Equities

Our hedge fund team employs a unique investment methodology, combining quantitative, thematic and fundamental disciplines, aiming to perform in all markets. The proprietary model with a built-in hedging mechanism aims to provide low systematic risk and has historically demonstrated low correlation to renewable energy benchmarks as well as crude oil.
