All of I2BF’s public markets funds have a principal investment objective to achieve above-average, long-term capital growth through investments (long and short) into shares of corporate issuers and corporate debt securities or other types of securities convertible into common shares. The corporate issuers of such securities may have a small, medium or large capitalization and may be traded in both mature and emerging markets.
Our investment strategy primarily targets (but is not limited to) companies working in the energy, alternative energy and commodity spaces. The Fund’s geographic area of focus primarily includes Europe, Asia and North America.
